The CUSTOMER NETWORK, Rio Tinto Alcan’s on-line service lets you access information about the status of your orders by personal computer with an Internet browser, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – whenever and wherever you choose.
With CUSTOMER NETWORK, you can:
§ View live and current information on the status of orders and shipments.
§ Generate reports to organize your orders and customize reports about past, current and future orders.
§ View and print relevant product and technical bulletins that are only available to registered customers.
§ Enter your orders on-line directly into our production system.
§ Print copies of bills of lading and certificates of analysis.

If you are a Rio Tinto Alcan customer who regularly places orders for aluminum ingot (extrusion billet, foundry ingot, rotor ingot or remelt ingot) on our North American smelters and you would like to register to begin online access, complete and submit the Registration Request form.
